Previously Paolo amassed 12 years’ worth of knowledge and experience in senior event management, branding, advertising as Event Manager for the world-famous Natural History Museum. He worked on some of the biggest events including the Cartier new flagship shop party and the launch of the new Honda F1 car. He looked after operations and project management for London Fashion Week for 8 years (16 shows in total) and also business development for commercial events during London 2012.

He learned his craft at the prestigious 5-star Grosvenor House Hotel, London, becoming a top quality hospitality Manager, looking after the private conference and events floor at 86 Park Lane, hosting heads of states,  the Royal Family and various political and military important figures of that time.

Paolo is a great communicator and loves to transform the impossible into the probable, delivering time after time with the help of his professional team and his trusted suppliers.

He set out create a new concept of events and venue company, one where clients, venues and suppliers merge into one, creating incredible experiences, lasting emotions and ultimately a job well done, every time.

With over 20 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry,Paolo founded Limone following his very successful years as Head of Sales and Events at the world-famous Battersea Power Station, prior to its current redevelopment. He had special responsibility for the unique Boiler House event venue inside the shell of the iconic Power Station. This remarkable project helped him gather vital experience in managing high customer expectation in highly complex surroundings. Battersea Power Station was also the location for various movies and music videos, including large public Festivals and experiential live shows.

Winning several industry awards, the venue become a red carpet favourite in its three years of operation and Paolo worked with many major brands and agencies such as:
